This CSU Regal Edition Diploma Frame - Black Satin Finish features a custom-minted medallion of Colorado State University seal enhanced with hand-painted color enamel accents. The medallion is placed in a special bevel cut opening within green suede museum-quality matting and the Colorado State in gold embossed below. The Noir moulding has a black satin finish with a two-toned inner lip.
