What is a Drop Shipped Item?
Drop shipped items are items that we do not carry in our store locations. This merchandise is exclusive to our online store and will ship from our vendor's warehouses.
How Can I Tell if an Item is a Drop Ship Item?
Items that drop ship are notated with this logo in the product description:
The same logo will appear with the product images. You will be required to check a box indicating you understand the product is drop-shipped item before adding the item to your cart.
Are Drop Shipped Items Available for In-Store Pickup?
No, in-store pickup of these items is not available. Drop shipped items are shipped directly from the vendor's warehouse to your home or office.
Can I Cancel a Drop Ship Item?
Orders for Drop Ship items can not be cancelled once the order is placed with the vendor.
How Long Will a Drop Shipped Item Take to Ship?
Shipping times vary by vendor. Plan 5-7 business days from the time you place your order before it ships, plus an additional 3-5 business days for shipping for the item to arrive.
What Happens if My Items Arrive Damaged or Broken?
Please contact [email protected] if your items arrive damaged or broken. We will work with our vendor to replace the damaged item.
Can I buy a Drop Shipped Item In the Store?
Currently these items are exclusive to our online store and are not available for purchase in our CSU Bookstore or CSU Ram Zone locations. Purchasing decisions are based off sales of these items, and they may become available for in-store purchase in the future.
