The CSU Bookstore proudly serves CSU departments with supply, gift, and general book services.
The CSU Bookstore is available to help Colorado State University departments with purchasing needs. We can provide supplies for your office, gifts for graduating students, or books for an upcoming speaker event.
For CSU Departments, we offer options to charge applicable purchases to your Kuali Financial Services (KFS) account, excluding un-authorized or restricted accounts. Please contact our Supply and Art Department at (970) 491-1481 for assistance.

The CSU Bookstore welcomes department purchases through our website.
At this time, our website can only accept Purchasing Cards (P-Card) to tender purchases through the website.
At checkout, please indicate the order is Tax Exempt in the "Order Notes" box. Our staff will remove sales tax and provide you an itemized receipt.
Art and Lab Kits
Let the CSU Bookstore Art Department create a specialized kit for your class. We will assemble the items your students need for your class and provide them a discount. Class kits may be purchased from our website or in person from our main store in the Lory Student Center.
