The onboard campus store features supplies, gifts, merchandise, and other sundries! Additionally, voyagers can shop a limited selection of course materials and special Semester at Sea swag available ONLY on the ship. It is a great place to restock on school supplies, or get souvenirs and keepsakes for lasting memories.
Semester at Sea Recommended Textbook Order Dates
The Fall 2022 Semester at Sea voyage embarks in Amsterdam, Netherlands on September 9, 2022. Students will need to acquire required course materials, including downloading any eBooks, before embarkation.
Semester at Sea recommends placing course materials orders in July 2022 for the Fall 2022 voyage.
The CSU Bookstore recommends placing textbook orders before 2 pm Mountain Time on the following dates to ensure course materials arrive before departing for embarkation. The CSU Bookstore will be closed on Monday, September 5, 2022 in observance of Labor Day.

Semester at Sea
Semester at Sea welcomes about 500 students from more than 300 college campuses each semester on the adventure of a lifetime! Aboard our innovative ship that is converted to a college campus, students sail around the world while studying and exploring. Each 100 day voyage introduces students to about 10 countries, while sailing with faculty and staff who teach courses, guide learning and build unmatched community. The program has been sailing since 1963 and is academically partnered with Colorado State University.
