Professor Emeritus James E. Hansen II, university historian and author of Democracy’s College (1977) and Democracy’s University (2007), has collaborated with Linda Meyer and Gordon Hazard to write CSU's Sense of Place: A Campus History of Colorado’s Land-Grant University.
This new publication traces Colorado State’s evolution through six chronological eras; five campuses; and nearly all structures, landscaping features, and property acquisitions related to the school’s existence. Replete with numerous photos and maps, it provides a detailed visual reference to CSU’s physical heritage.
