CSU students, faculty, and staff have access to the Microsoft 365 Copilot (formerly Office) suite of apps during their time with the University. Users can download and install Microsoft Office 365 on up to five personal computers at a time.

To Download Microsoft 365 Apps

1. Open your web browser:
   • Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).
2. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 portal:
   • In the address bar, type https://www.microsoft365.com/ and press Enter.
3. Sign in to your Microsoft account:
   • Enter your NetID email address and password.
   • Click Sign in.
4. Go to the Install Office page:
   • On the Microsoft 365 home page, click on Install Office in the upper right corner.
   • Select Office 365 apps from the drop down menu.
5. Download and install the apps:
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to download the installer.
   • Once downloaded, open the installer and follow the prompts to install the Microsoft 365 apps on your device.
