About Ralph Smith

Ralph has been taking photos all his life. After he retired from academic life, he has devoted his free time to improving his photography. Ralph has taken photographic workshops from notable Colorado photographers such as John Fielder and Vic Schendel. Photographing the stars has been particularly rewarding, and Northern Colorado lends itself well for this activity. Ready access to Rocky Mountain National Park, the Pawnee National Grasslands, and the Rocky Mountains provides many opportunities for great photographs.
